  • Bring campaigns to life across ecommerce, retail, email, social media, and events
  • Create high-quality, engaging visuals for marketing collateral, website assets, in-store signage, and promotional materials
  • Interpret briefs and brand needs into thoughtful, creative concepts
  • Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines—without compromising on quality
  • Prepare and coordinate print-ready assets for retail locations, pop-ups, and activations
  • Retouch product and lifestyle images to align with brand standards for website and social feeds.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain visual content on PoppyBarley.com

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design best practices and principles, branding, composition, layout and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback
  • Experience designing for Shopify or Shopify Plus
